【Katsushika Hokusai, the most famous Japanese ukiyo-e artist】
Sumida Ward is related to Katsushika Hokusai, the genius ukiyo-e artist. (Ukiyo-e is a traditional Japanese art the consists of woodblock prints and paintings.)
